USA Rare Earth (USAR) said Tuesday it signed a joint development deal with EPropelled to supply sintered neo magnets for EPropelled's motors used in drones on air, land, and sea.

USA Rare Earth will immediately start producing prototype magnets for EPropelled's motors, controllers, generators, and power management systems, the company said.

EPropelled's technology powers large defense and commercial drones, small surveillance UAVs, robotic ground vehicles, and autonomous marine vessels, it said.
