Watts Water Technologies (WTS) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $3.09 per diluted share, up from $2.46 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.65.
Sales for the quarter that ended June 29 were $643.7 million, up from $597.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $611.6 million.
The company said it has raised its full-year outlook, now expecting reported sales to grow by 2% to 5%, compared with prior guidance of between 2% decline and a 3% increase.
Shares of Watts Water Technologies were up more than 4% in after-hours activity.
