Japan Petroleum Exploration Co. Ltd. (JAPEX) has released its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2025. During this period, the company reported an increase in operating profit to 16.6 billion yen, up from 12.9 billion yen in the same period the previous year. Ordinary profit rose to 20.8 billion yen, with a notable change from an equity method loss. The profit attributable to owners of the parent company increased to 15.7 billion yen.
