Snow Lake Resources Ltd., operating as Snow Lake Energy, has announced a significant milestone in its uranium exploration endeavors. The company, which holds a 19.9% interest in Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited $(GUE.AU)$, revealed the completion of a maiden JORC 2012 mineral resource estimate at the Maybell uranium project in Colorado. This follows a successful 31-hole drill program conducted in 2024. The Maybell district, known for its historical production of 5.3 million pounds of U3O8, is set to benefit from President Trump's policies aimed at accelerating domestic uranium production. Snow Lake, in a joint venture with GUE, is also actively exploring other uranium projects, including the Pine Ridge Uranium Project in Wyoming. The company sees these developments as a pivotal step towards assembling a robust portfolio of American uranium resources, aligning with increasing demand for electricity and nuclear energy.
