Indonesia's Consumer Confidence Index came in at 118.1 in July, slightly higher than 117.8 in the month prior and remaining in positive territory, according to a Friday release from Bank Indonesia, citing its latest Consumer Survey.

The central bank attributed the sustained positive sentiment to a strong Current Economic Condition Index (CECI), and a "relatively" stable Consumer Expectation Index (CEI).
