China Kingstone Mining (HKG:1380) completed the allotment and issue of 18 million shares to Zeng Jingfeng at HK$0.138 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$2.4 million, a late Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the marble stone miner were up 6% in Thursday afternoon trading.

The shares represent around 4.86% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.
