Kidztech (HKG:6918) is looking to raise over HK$16 million via the sale of 124,912,800 shares at HK$0.133 apiece, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

Shares of the toy company fell over 6% in recent Thursday trade.

The shares would represent 16.67% of the company's enlarged share capital.

Kidztech will use the funds to develop its business, it said.

The company hired Asia Pacific Securities to oversee the share placement on its behalf.
