DarkIris said Friday it has priced its initial public offering of 1.5 million class A ordinary shares at $4 per share, expecting to raise $6 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 shares.

The shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to begin trading this Friday under the ticker symbol "DKI."

The offering is expected to close around Aug. 11.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for expansion of the operations team and rewards to existing team members, product development, working capital and other general corporate purposes.
