Tex Cycle Technology (M) (KLSE:TEXCYCL) completed its acquisition of Meridian World for 42.8 million ringgit, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

The acquisition strengthens the Group's ability to deliver end-to-end sustainable waste solutions, particularly in specialised waste streams, the Group CEO Gary Dass said.
