Atlassian Corporation announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, reporting a total revenue of $1.3843 billion, marking a 22% increase from $1.1316 billion in the same period last year. Cloud revenue saw a year-over-year growth of 26% in Q4, totaling $928 million. On a GAAP basis, the company recorded a gross margin of approximately 83.5% and an operating margin of (2.5%), while on a non-GAAP basis, the operating margin was 24%. Net income for the quarter was reported at $259.1 million, compared to $171.4 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024. Earnings per share also increased to $0.98 from $0.66 in the previous year. For the full fiscal year 2025, Atlassian generated over $5.2 billion in revenue and $1.4 billion in free cash flow. The company noted significant progress in its strategic priorities, especially in enterprise cloud and AI, with 2.3 million AI monthly active users reported. Looking ahead, Atlassian expects cloud revenue growth to be approximately 21% and data center revenue growth at roughly 12.5%. Marketplace and other revenue is projected to grow by about 10%.
