Atmos Energy (ATO) reported fiscal Q3 net income late Wednesday of $1.16 per diluted share, up from $ 1.08 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $838.8 million, up from $701.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $822.1 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company expects EPS in the range of $7.35 to $7.45 per diluted share. The company previously expected EPS of $7.20 to $7.30. Four analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $7.27.

The company maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.87, payable on Sept. 8 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 25.
