FIH Mobile (HKG:2038) granted a total of a little over 27.2 million award shares to various grantees, a late Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the handset maker were up 4% in Tuesday's afternoon trading.

The shares represent around 3.47% of the firm's issued share capital.

Of the total, 367,093 award shares will be granted to Chairman Chih Yu Yang, 333,097 to CEO Lin Chia-Yi, and the others to one director and certain employees.
