Orora Ltd. has announced a significant expansion in its beverage packaging capabilities, highlighted by the introduction of its high-speed digital printing solution, Helio, at the Dandenong cans manufacturing facility. This innovation utilizes direct-to-shape digital printing technology, offering enhanced design possibilities and reduced production lead times for beverage brands across the Oceania region. In addition to this, Orora has completed a new $114 million multi-size can line installation at its Revesby facility in NSW and is constructing a $135 million classic size can line at its Rocklea facility in Qld. These developments are part of a broader capacity expansion initiative to meet growing demand for aluminium cans, a sustainable packaging choice. The Helio system is operational and serves a variety of beverage categories, from craft beer to sparkling water, indicating Orora's commitment to supporting customer needs with innovative solutions.
