Malaysian Stocks Maintain Six-Day Winning Streak to Hit Three-Month High

Malaysian stocks ended in the green zone on Tuesday for the sixth consecutive session, closing at its highest level in nearly three months, amid mixed regional performance, as investor sentiment remained upbeat.

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI, the main gauge of Malaysian stocks, gained 4.66 points to end 0.30% higher at 1,567.90. The day range was between 1,561.83 and 1,572.97.

In corporate news, shares of Inta Bina Group (KLSE:INTA) gained over 2% on Tuesday's close after its unit Inta Bina bagged a deal worth 264.5 million ringgit. The deal was awarded by GDP Architects on behalf of 368 Segambut - a joint venture between IJM Land and FCW.

Shares of HCK Capital Group (KLSE:HCK) ended flat after its unit Reside Capital agreed to buy a 1.234-acre freehold plot in Selangor, Malaysia, for 19.4 million ringgit. The property will be purchased from Bandar Setia Alam.

Meanwhile, Globaltec Formation (KLSE:GLOTEC) also ended flat today after its unit NuEnergy Gas (ASX:NGY) completed drilling for the TE-B06-003 well in its Tanjung Enim POD 1 contract area in South Sumatra, Indonesia.
