This enhancement allows Elitek's mobile sublet services to be seamlessly incorporated into CCC ONE® workfiles, facilitating the digital capture of both diagnostic and non-diagnostic services. This development aims to minimize administrative tasks and bolster comprehensive repair records. The integration, which began in 2023, initially enabled the direct flow of documentation from Elitek's remote diagnostics services into CCC ONE. The latest expansion extends this capability to additional mobile services conducted onsite by Elitek technicians, thereby automating the entry of critical information into repair workflows. This initiative supports repairers grappling with increasing repair complexities and staffing challenges by streamlining operations and improving repair documentation. Existing CCC/Elitek customers can activate these enhanced capabilities at no additional cost.
