Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. $(USM)$ has reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, revealing total operating revenues of $916 million, a slight decrease from $927 million in the same period last year. Service revenues also saw a marginal decline, totaling $736 million compared to $743 million in the previous year. However, the company experienced a notable increase in net income attributable to shareholders, achieving $31 million, up from $17 million in the prior year. This resulted in diluted earnings per share of $0.36, an improvement from $0.20 in the same period last year. In a significant business development, Array completed the sale of its wireless operations and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile for a total consideration of $4.3 billion, which includes both cash and assumed debt. This transaction is expected to bolster Array's strength and stability as a tower company, with 4,400 towers and a new Master License Agreement with T-Mobile. The company anticipates growth opportunities in colocations, revenues, and margin expansion. Additionally, Array has pending transactions, including a License Purchase Agreement with Verizon Communications, Inc. for the sale of certain wireless spectrum licenses and agreements with Nsight Spectrum, LLC, and Nex-Tech Wireless, LLC for select spectrum licenses. Another agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) involves selling certain 3.45 GHz and 700 MHz wireless spectrum licenses. Array is not providing financial guidance for 2025.
