Cascadia Minerals Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 1,071,429 units in the company by Michael Gentile, following the conversion of an equal number of subscription receipts. This conversion was contingent upon satisfying certain escrow release conditions, including the completion of Cascadia Minerals' proposed acquisition of Granite Creek Copper Ltd. Prior to this acquisition, Gentile held 6,506,214 common shares and 4,760,014 warrants. With the new acquisition, his holdings have increased to 7,577,643 common shares and 6,051,894 warrants. As a result of this transaction, Gentile is no longer considered an insider of the company as of August 13, 2025.
