Viking Energy Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Camber Energy Inc., has recently entered into an Amendment to their Exclusive Intellectual Property License Agreement with ESG Clean Energy and Scuderi Group, Inc. As a result of this amendment, Scuderi has been added as an additional licensor or grantor under the agreement, assuming all future rights and obligations previously held by ESG. This development strengthens Viking's position in the field of capturing carbon dioxide and generating power, leveraging patented systems and methods. The intellectual property licensed by Viking includes patents for innovative systems that capture carbon dioxide from exhaust gas and generate bottoming cycle power, producing byproducts such as distilled water and diesel exhaust fluid.
