The company reported an annualized one-month net return on net asset value of 10.51% in July and a 12-month net return on net asset value of 10.5%

It reported a monthly distribution of AU$0.051 per unit for July, compared with a monthly distribution of AU$0.041667 per unit in the year-ago period.

Its shares rose over 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
