China Literature (HKG:0772) unit Yueting Information Technology (Shanghai) renewed various cooperation agreements with Shenzhen Tencent Computer System expiring Dec. 31, a late Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the online literature platform were up 18% in Wednesday afternoon trading.

The new promotion cooperation, payment service cooperation, and cloud and technical services framework agreements will be valid from Jan. 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2028.

Shenzhen Tencent Computer System is a unit of Tencent (HKG:0700).
