Dexus Industria REIT (ASX:DXI) reported Wednesday fiscal 2025 funds from operations of AU$0.1823 per share, up from AU$0.1742 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected funds from operations of AU$0.18.

Revenue from ordinary activities for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$71.1 million, compared with AU$75 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$91.4 million.

The real estate investment trust expects fiscal 2026 FFO of AU$0.173 per security and distribution of AU$0.166 per security.

The board declared a quarterly dividend of AU$0.04 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable Aug. 21 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
