Vitasora Health (ASX:VHL) expanded its existing agreement with Florida-based Tampa Family Health Centers to include chronic care management and remote patient monitoring services for Medicaid-covered patients, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The firm said fee-for-service rates will range from $35 to $90 per patient per month, depending on the level of care provided. Around 7,000 patients are expected to participate in the program, generating around $4 million in annualized revenue.
The first Medicaid patients will be enrolled from mid-September, and initial revenue is expected to start flowing 30 to 60 days after that.
The contract is for an initial term of one year, with an automatic 12-month renewal.
