Mirvac Group (ASX:MGR) reported Friday fiscal year 2025 operating earnings of AU$0.12 per share, down from AU$0.14 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.12.

Funds from operations were AU$488 million versus AU$577 million a year earlier.

Total revenue and other income for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$2.74 billion, compared with AU$3.04 billion a year earlier.

The company is expecting fiscal year 2026 operating earnings of between AU$0.128 per security and AU$0.13 per security, and a distribution of AU$0.095 per security.

The board declared a final distribution of AU$0.045 per security, down from AU$0.06 a year earlier, payable Aug. 28 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
