Kinetic Development Group (HKG:1277) saw a decline in attributable profit in the first half of 2025 to 561.6 million yuan from 1.1 billion yuan in the year-ago period, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Earnings per share stood at 0.0666 yuan in the interim period, down from 0.13 yuan in the corresponding period of the last year.

The coal producer and operator's revenue declined 0.9% to 2.51 billion yuan in the half year from 2.53 billion yuan a year prior.

The firm declared an interim dividend of HK$0.05 per share for the period, payable to shareholders of record on Sept. 8.
