AMTD Idea Group (SGX:HKB) and its subsidiaries, AMTD Digital and The Generation Essentials Group, jointly unveiled plans to issue shares for certain cryptocurrencies at a mutually agreed pricing, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The cryptocurrency conversion program may be launched across the company's subsidiaries.

The move is part of the group's strategy to bridge the gap between holders of cryptocurrencies and traditional financial markets.
