Hybrid Kinetic Group (HKG:1188) said a winding-up petition was filed against the company in Hong Kong's High Court on Aug. 6 over unpaid service fees of HK$171,130, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

It has since reached a settlement with the petitioner and paid the outstanding debt and costs.

The petitioner has agreed to withdraw the case, subject to court approval.
