OptimizeRx (OPRX) said Tuesday that it has appointed Ed Stelmakh as chief financial and strategic officer, evolving from his previous responsibilities as its chief financial officer and chief operations officer.

The company said Brendan Merrell has been appointed COO from his prior role as senior vice president, client strategy and program management.

OptimizeRx said it has appointed Andy D'Silva as chief business officer, and Marion Odence-Ford as chief legal and administrative officer.
