Seek Swings to Fiscal Year 2025 Profit, Posts Higher Revenue

SEEK (ASX:SEK) reported Tuesday that it swung to an earnings of AU$0.684 per share in the fiscal year 2025 from a loss of AU$0.283 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.43.

Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$1.1 billion, compared with AU$1.08 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$1.09 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal year 2026 net revenue in the range of AU$1.15 billion to AU$1.25 billion and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization in the range of AU$510 million to AU$550 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of AU$0.57 per diluted share on revenue of AU$1.2 billion in the fiscal year 2026.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.22 per share, up from AU$0.16 a year earlier, payable Oct. 2 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 4.
