Ovanti (ASX:OVT) entered into a strategic partnership agreement with New York Stock Exchange-listed Shift4 Payments to launch its buy-now, pay-later business to Shift4's network of merchants in the US, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The agreement has a minimum term of three years, subject to further renewals of at least one year per renewal.

The US business will use real-time cash flow and income data for its decisioning model, rather than traditional credit scores, per the filing.
