4DS Memory (ASX:4DS) said Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, a unit of Western Digital Corporation, signed the 12th consecutive 12-month renewal of its joint development agreement with the company, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares jumped 11% in recent Monday trade.
