Hackensack Meridian Health, the largest health network in New Jersey, has partnered with Clear Secure Inc. to enhance the patient experience through digital identity technology. This collaboration will streamline the appointment check-in process and medical record access by deploying CLEAR's secure identity platform. Initially, the partnership will focus on MyChart Account Creation and Password Reset, providing patients with a secure way to manage their health information. The John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center will be the first to implement CLEAR's Check In experience, allowing patients to check in by taking a photo at a kiosk. This technology will also be introduced at Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center in Eatontown, NJ, with plans for broader implementation across the network.
