Elevate Specialty launches in UK with Greenlight Re Innovations backing

Aug 18 - (The Insurer) - Elevate Specialty has launched into the UK market with backing from Greenlight Re Innovations, the specialty insurance MGA said on Monday.

The MGA said it had entered into a strategic partnership and investment agreement with Greenlight Re Innovations, a division of Greenlight Capital Re.

Elevate said this relationship will provide it with "substantial" A-rated underwriting capacity to support the growth and expansion of its specialty product lines.

These lines include legal expenses insurance, income protection for renters, cyber and home emergency.

The full-stack MGA has also partnered with OneAdvent to support operational, regulatory and compliance services.
