Tysan (HKG:0687) reported HK$34.1 million in attributable profit for the first half of 2025, rising from HK$10.7 million a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Earnings per share was HK$0.0101, compared to HK$0.0032 in the prior year.
The construction company's revenue jumped to HK$1.15 billion from HK$1 billion a year prior, figures showed.
The company also declared a dividend of HK$0.02 per share, payable Sept. 26 to shareholders of record on Sept. 5.
Shares of the company were up 5% in afternoon trade Thursday.
