Hainan Meilan International Airport (HKG:0357) reported 70.2 million yuan in attributable loss for the first half ended June 30, narrowing from a loss of 248 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

Loss per share was 0.15 yuan, compared with 0.52 yuan in the prior year.

Revenue fell 6% year-on-year to 1.08 billion yuan, figures showed.
