BRC Asia (SGX:BEC) made several changes in key management across the group, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Zhang Xigwang was appointed as chief executive officer for Malaysia, after stepping down from the role of the company's chief operating officer, with Tan Lau Ming succeeding him as the COO.

Meanwhile, Seah Kiin Peng was redesignated from chief executive officer to group CEO.

Xu Jiguo was promoted to the position of group chief procurement officer.

Lee Chun Fun was redesignated as the group chief financial officer, while Ong Lian Teck was redesignated as the group's chief commercial officer.

Shares of the prefabricated steel reinforcement company were up over 4% at the close of Friday trade.
