Asia Financial (HKG:0662) reported an attributable profit of HK$423.4 million for the first half of 2025, up from HK$361.4 million a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Earnings per share came in at HK$0.458, compared with HK$0.389 in the prior-year period.

Insurance revenue fell to HK$1.45 billion from HK$1.64 billion.

The board has resolved to pay an interim dividend of HK$0.065 per share, up from HK$0.055 a year earlier, payable on or about Oct. 6 to shareholders of record on Sept. 26.
