CN Logistics International Holdings (HKG:2130) reported a profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company of HK$15.4 million for the first half of 2025, down from HK$18.6 million a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share came in at HK$0.053, compared with HK$0.064 in the prior-year period.
Revenue rose to HK$1.46 billion from HK$1.22 billion.
The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.01 per share, payable on Oct. 30 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 8.
