Epicsoft Asia Completes Compulsory Acquisition of Ban Leong Technologies

Epicsoft Asia, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed GCL Global, completed the compulsory acquisition of Ban Leong Technologies (SGX:B26), according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

As a result, Ban Leong Technologies has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the offeror, the filing said.

Ban Leong will be delisted from the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading on Aug. 26.

Epicsoft Asia had made a voluntary conditional cash offer of SG$0.6029 per share to acquire all the shares of the company.
