Cambium Networks CFO Sayer to Depart

Cambium Networks said Chief Financial Officer Jacob Sayer plans to depart.

Sayer is leaving effective Sept. 5 to pursue another opportunity, the wireless-networking-infrastructure company said Monday.

John Waldron, the Hoffman Estates, Ill., company's vice president of finance and accounting, will serve as acting chief financial officer. Waldron was previously at Hyzon Motors from December 2023 to April 2025.

Sayer started as chief financial officer at Cambium in April 2024.
