0208 GMT - The Philippine central bank is expected to cut its policy rate by 25 bps on Thursday, Goldman Sachs' Yuting Yang and Hui Shan write in a note. They expect inflation to remain muted for the rest of the year. Headline inflation has fallen to a near six-year low and has remained below the BSP's 2%-4% target range for five consecutive months.
