Nvidia (NVDA): The artificial-intelligence chip maker, which ranks as the world's most valuable company, will report earnings after markets close. Its shares inched higher in premarket trading, as did other chip stocks, including Advanced Micro Devices $(AMD)$ and Intel $(INTC)$.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store $(CBRL)$: The restaurant chain said it is returning to its "Old Timer" logo after a rebrand ignited a culture war. Shares rose in thin premarket trading after jumping 6% on Tuesday.
Okta $(OKTA)$: The identity-security company posted higher quarterly earnings and revenue and raised its annual guidance. Shares jumped 5.5% premarket.
MongoDB $(MDB)$: Shares of the document-database company surged 30% premarket after it raised its annual outlook again following better-than-expected quarterly sales.
