MRC Agrotech (BOM:540809) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Khushi Sansaar Agrochemical and Fertilizer for production, marketing, and distribution of agrochemical products, according to a Tuesday filing on BSE.

Under the arrangement, Khushi Sansaar will handle production, compliance, and technology adoption, while MRC Agrotech will manage logistics, warehousing, marketing, and sales, the filing said.

Both parties will mutually decide product pricing and bear their own costs under a principal-to-principal model, it added.
