Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited has announced that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, on 26 September 2025. During the meeting, shareholders will vote on several resolutions, including the extension of the general mandate granted to the Directors to allot, issue, and deal with additional shares in the capital of the Company. This extension is conditional upon the passing of two other resolutions related to share allotment and repurchase. The extension will allow for the addition of the number of shares repurchased by the Company, not exceeding 10 percent of the total number of issued shares as of the date of the resolution.
