Talos Energy Inc. has announced the publication of its sixth annual Sustainability Report, which highlights the company's 2024 performance and commitment to responsible offshore energy development. The report outlines Talos's sustainability strategy, which is based on three core commitments: Reducing Environmental Impact, Strengthening Employees and Communities, and Governing with Integrity and Transparency. Key achievements for 2024 include realizing the lowest Serious Injury and Fatality $(SIF)$ rate in company history for the second consecutive year, achieving a 30% lower combined Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) than the Gulf of America industry average, and reaching a 15% Absolute GHG Emissions Reduction Target ahead of the 2030 schedule. Additionally, Talos reduced Methane Emission by 38% since the 2022 baseline, marked six consecutive years with zero hydrocarbon releases greater than one barrel, and sustained an "A" rating in the MSCI ESG Ratings assessment since 2023.
