China Overseas Property (HKG:2669) recorded a 4.3% rise in attributable profit in the first half of 2025 to 769.1 million yuan from 737.5 million yuan in the year-ago period, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property manager's earnings per share were 0.2342 yuan in the half year, up from 0.2245 yuan in the corresponding period of the last year.
Revenue in the six months rose 3.7% to 7.09 billion yuan from 6.84 billion yuan a year prior.
The firm declared an interim dividend of HK$0.09 per share, as well as a special dividend of HK$0.01 per share to celebrate its 10th listing anniversary.
