Champion Alliance International Holdings Ltd. has announced its unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The company reported an increase in revenue of approximately 6.2%, reaching RMB67.6 million, compared to RMB63.7 million for the same period in the previous year. However, the company experienced a net loss attributable to owners of approximately RMB8.5 million during this period. The gross profit also saw a rise of 5.5%, amounting to RMB10.3 million, up from RMB9.8 million in the corresponding period of 2024. Despite the increase in revenue and gross profit, the board of directors has resolved not to declare any interim dividend for this period. The company's activities during this reporting period included leasing factory equipment and land for a new energy business operated by an independent third party, alongside trading and manufacturing of household paper and hygiene products in Mainland China.
