Embry Holdings Limited has announced its unaudited condensed consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The company's revenue stood at approximately HK$604.5 million, a decrease from HK$631.4 million reported for the corresponding period in 2024. Gross profit for the period was approximately HK$442.3 million, down from HK$478.3 million in the prior period. The company recorded a loss attributable to owners of approximately HK$58.0 million, influenced by non-recurring, unrealised, and non-cash items totaling approximately HK$22.1 million. E-commerce sales saw an increase of 7.6% year-on-year, reaching HK$236.8 million. The Chinese Mainland market remains the main source of income, contributing HK$582.5 million, representing 96.4% of the Group's total revenue. The flagship brand, EMBRY FORM, contributed 64.7% of the total revenue, amounting to HK$391.1 million, up by 1.5% from the prior period. The company intensified promotional activities in the second quarter, leading to an improvement in offline retail performance with a reduced rate of decline compared to the first quarter.
