Shares of Wheels Up were lower after the company agreed to sell up to $50 million in shares.
The stock was down 7.7% at $3.04 but is still up 85% so far this year.
The private aviation company said it has agreed to a pact with Bank of America and Jefferies to sell them its stock from time to time at market or negotiated prices for a total of up to $50 million.
Earlier this month, the company posted a second-quarter loss of $82.3 million, or 12 cents a share, compared with a loss of $97 million, or 14 cents a share, the year prior.
Revenue was $189.6 million, down from $196.3 million a year before.
