China Tian Yuan Healthcare Group Ltd. has released its unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group reported a total revenue of approximately HK$8.4 million, a decrease from HK$14.9 million in the same period of the previous year. This decline was primarily attributed to a drop in the healthcare business revenue from HK$6.7 million to HK$0.5 million. The net loss for the period was approximately HK$5.5 million, which is an improvement from the HK$9.0 million net loss recorded in the prior corresponding period. The net loss attributable to equity shareholders was HK$3.1 million, compared to a net loss of HK$6.3 million previously. The decrease in revenue was largely due to the temporary suspension of operations and renovation of the Shanghai Hospital. Additionally, the Group's PRIP did not contribute any royalty income, marking a HK$0.8 million decrease from the previous period, and DIAM did not contribute any service income. However, the new skincare products business contributed HK$0.5 million in revenue, having recorded no revenue in the prior period.
