XtalPi (HKG:2228) looks to raise about HK$2.65 billion via the sale of shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
The pharma research firm is looking to sell over 285.9 million shares at HK$9.28 each to raise funds for the research and development of its product pipeline.
The shares represent 7.12% of the company's issued share capital, and 6.64% on an enlarged basis.
CLSA, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong), Jefferies Hong Kong, Deutsche Bank, and CMB International Capital were appointed placing agents for the offering.
Shares gained over 3% in midday trade Friday.
